The 2nd bedroom provides a nice cozy feel with a comfortable queen size bed. There is a 43" TV. Roku streaming TV and Netflix provided.

The Details

A Bit More About This Property

Located in a quite family oriented neighborhood. The house has a fully fenced in (double lot) backyard for your enjoyment. There is a fire pit in the back yard with seating (furniture is stored for the winter in October). The double tiered back deck has a dining table for 4 with a charcoal grill for cook-out's.

 

The Redwing Retreat is a gray house. The guest entrance is through the front door. There is a smart lock with a key pad on the front door where yo can enter your personal code, which is yours for the length of your stay.

 

This house is in a nice family oriented development in the suburbs north of Syracuse.

 

The entire house is yours for the duration of your stay!

Brad & Kim’s place offered so much more than I’ve seen in any other Airbnb that I have stayed in. They really put in the thought and effort into their home to make sure guests have nothing to worry about. I stayed with my boyfriend whom has a prosthetic leg as we are relocating to Syracuse and his service dog. This home was easy for us to navigate with his disability as it was not cluttered. The HUGE fully fenced in backyard was originally why we booked here so we didn’t have to deal with taking the dog out in the winter elements. It was so helpful and we certainly appreciated being able to let the dog in and out with any worries. I would definitely recommend and stay here again myself as this place was truly so comfortable located in what seemed to be a quiet safe neighborhood. We also found the beds to be extremely comfortable!! Redwing is a GEM for sure :)

I simply can’t say enough about Brad and Kim’s place. It was hands-down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. In addition, it had everything we could ever need, including poop bags at the exit to the backyard for our. dog. Brad and Kim thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable and they had soft, fluffy towels in the bathroom. Their place looked exactly like the photos and we really enjoyed the neighborhood. It was quiet and safe and we could comfortably walk our dog day or night. In addition to all that, there was an arcade like Pac-Man machine on the first floor - definitely a highlight. I would and will absolutely stay at Brad and Kim’s place again. I highly recommend it.

This house reminded us of our home that we lived in when we resided in Liverpool in the 80’s. Clean, and comfortable it accommodated 4 adults and 3 children ages 13,11, and 9. Wonderful respite for a busy weekend! My partner and I had a great stay with our dog at Brad’s lovely home. The house was in a nice neighborhood - perfect for walking our dog. It also had a huge fenced in back yard and a two story deck complete with a BBQ and dining table and chairs. The house was immaculate, comfortable and very cozy. The location is also convenient to Liverpool, Syracuse, and Fayetteville where we enjoyed some beautiful parks and restaurants. It truly felt like home to us. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here! The house is nice and clean, warm, cozy, and thoughtfully appointed. There's even an air fryer! There are tons of pet-friendly touches throughout the house as well - baby gate at the top of the stairs, treats, dog towels, and even poop bags in a dispenser thoughtfully mounted next to the door to the backyard. The backyard is spacious, fully fenced, and has a nice deck outside the sliding door from the kitchen. There's more privacy fencing than shown in the listing photo, so that was a nice surprise! The parking is ample, both in the driveway and on the street if needed. It only took about 20 minutes to get to Syracuse University from here and there's a Wegmans right down the street. Plenty of delivery options if you choose to stay in as well. Hands down the best place I've stayed in Syracuse, and I hope to stay here next time I'm in town!

Thank you for letting us spend the night in your lovely home on our way to Niagara Falls, Ontario. The house is situated in a very nice, peaceful, family neighborhood which was a pleasant surprise. There is a large fenced in yard with deck. The home feels welcoming home with, as my granddaughter said, "a good vibe." We didn't get to check out much of the area but did make it to Destiny USA which is massive and impressive. The town looks like it would be a fun place to spend time. We passed what looked like a town concert on the lake which would have been a bit more relaxing but with two 12 year olds, the mall beckoned. Brad has a very detailed book of instructions with recommendations for the area. I would highly recommend this home for anyone's stay.

This place suited us so well, being in Liverpool for just a weekend to visit old friends with our dog. The house is nicely updated, very comfortable and homey with comfortable beds and furniture, pretty decor and nice kitchen. The fenced backyard was wonderful to play fetch with our older puppy, whom we had to bring with us. The two family room areas are cozy and we chuckled at the PacMan game, which we took a little time to enjoy. Though it was cold when we visited, the deck is large, as is the yard. Our party had 3 adults, 2 18 y/o and 2 10 y/o and a golden retriever. We had plenty of space to sprawl out in and never felt like we were on top of each other. I was very grateful for the dog dishes since we forgot to grab ours. we had plenty of towels for all of us for the 2 night stay. Everything was spotless and clean and very homey. The beds were very comfortable. I loved that there was both a regular coffee pot and Keurig, as well as well stocked creamers and sugar/sweeteners. We didn't use them, but there were a lot of cooking utensils and spices-more than what we've seen at other places. They really have thought of everything! the location was great as we had tickets to a show in Syracuse as well as tickets to the SU game and plans to go to USA Destiny Mall. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Syracuse area. We're looking forward to a visit when the weather is a bit nicer and we can enjoy the backyard. I'd love to rave more, but I'm out of space!

The Rinnai heater in the living room along with all the baseboard heaters in each room kept us warm and cozy, and the totally fenced in yard allowed us to let our two mini schnauzers out without worry. About a week into the stay the refrigerator freezer stopped working. Because of the bad weather and timing Brad wasn't able to get a repair man out in an adequate time so he had a BRAND NEW refrigerator brought in from Lowes the next morning! Now that's a host taking care of their tenants! Overall fantastic stay! We would certainly recommend to anyone (especially if you have pets), and we would definitely stay there again. One last point... we were slightly concerned about the house smelling like other pets when we arrived but it didn't at all! He does a great job keeping it clean, odor, and pet hair FREE!

A very comfortable place: immaculate; tastefully decorated; comfy furniture; cozy blankets; lots of space to stretch out (nice that there are 2 living rooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms); great amenities including exercise room, free laundry onsite, high quality, soft, plushy, good-smelling linens, loaded TVs, basket of welcome snacks; responsive and communicative host (he bought a blender after I asked about it before our stay began!), good location. The improvements that could be made are minor and given Brad’s responsiveness, I’m betting that he’ll make them. Start to finish a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Syracuse. One note: if you’re a light sleeper and you have noisy kids, bring earplugs bc the bedrooms are close together & you can hear everything.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Brad's place. He is a top notch communicator, who is super attentive to every detail of his home. Not only was the house spotless upon arrival, but he put so much though into every room. It was super organized and was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and wonderful stay, which is exactly what we had! It was nice that it was also only 5 minutes from Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A and other conveniences too. AMAZING host! We would definitely stay here again!

Brad’s house was very comfortable and homey. We came for our sister’s auditions at Syracuse and stayed for a basketball game as well. It’s a quiet, safe neighborhood a quick drive from campus. We stayed during a winter storm and we were perfectly warm. Brad left us a shovel and ice for the driveway and the street was pretty consistently plowed. So, we had no trouble. The heating system is terrific - especially the one in the living room! Brad was very communicative and made everything easy and enjoyable. Thank you! Highly recommended!

We had to scramble for a last minute place for my siblings and their children and I to stay for a night during the holidays, and we are so glad we found this place. This was exactly what my family and I needed! It was a clean and comfortable house, with surprising accommodations for little kids (i.e. gate at the top of the stairs and a child's seat of the table). I loved that each bedroom had a fan as well! We will definitely book again the next time we have a family event in the area!
