The Kimberly sits on 24 wooded acres, offering a secluded wellness retreat where you can fully immerse yourself in nature, and recharge in our hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge.

Tucked away on 24 acres of private woods, The Kimberly offers the perfect mix of modern design and peaceful seclusion. 1,000 sq ft. wrap around deck including hot tub, cold plunge, fire pit, grill and loungers. A stone path leads to the Kuro sauna.

Hello, We are Brad & Cait. Welcome to Fernova, our 24 acres of land located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. We became owners of the property in the summer of 2024, and after exploring and seeing how many ferns were on the property we decided to call it Fernova. We spent the majority of 2025 creating our first tiny house retreat. The Kimberly retreat is named after both our mothers and after the beautiful Kimberly Queen fern. We poured our hearts into this property and truly hope that you love it as much as we do.

The Kimberly is awesome. Very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of extras. We loved the bathroom and cozy bed. In addition to all this, the outdoor amenities were perfect, hot tub, plunge bath, sauna, fire pit and gas grill. Highly recommended!
