at our modern and secluded tiny house
Relax in this newly renovated home. Providing a master bedroom with a king size bed & en suite. Hang out in the secluded back yard or take a quick walk over to Freight Yard Brewing. We will do everything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
A mixture of country/suburb living at its finest. Nestled on an acre of land, escape the busy life right in the backyard. The back of the house is fully wooded and peaceful. The entire driveway is yours to use for the duration of your stay (Please refrain from driving on the lawn).
Guests will enter the house into the dining room with a dining table for 6. To the right is a large living room including a sofa, chair, coffee table with games to use at your leisure. There is also a desk & chair for any office work. You will find a basket with extra blankets and a 55" TV with Roku TV & Netflix included.
Straight off the dining room is a large entrance into the brand new kitchen with all new stainless steal appliances, granite counter tops, gas stove, new cabinetry and stocked with all the essentials you should need for your stay. There are some soap pods for the dishwasher (if needed) on the counter above the dishwasher. Have some complimentary snacks and waters on us!
Going toward the back of the house off of the kitchen is the laundry room. There are some laundry pods & sheets in the upper cabinet across from the washer (if needed). The downstairs bathroom is also off the kitchen with a tub/shower.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, 46" TV also with Roku TV & Netflix. There is an en suite with a beautifully tiled tub and a walk-in closet.
(There is a step down from the hallway into the master bedroom, be careful)
There is a bedroom with a full size bed at the top of the stairs (light switch is in the hallway). The middle room has a queen size bed with plenty of closet space.
Entertainment is not too far away in either direction. Route-11 has many stores, restaurants, bars, etc. which is just over 5 mins away. The other direction going west up route-31 has very similar features with different restaurants to chose from and about the same distance. Downtown Syracuse is about a 15 minute drive and the airport is 12 minutes away.
Please do not tamper with any doors/closets that have locks on them including the garage.
NOTE: We have a STRICT policy on No visitors/pets/parties/events/meetings without prior approval. ONLY the number of guests that are booked are allowed on the property. There is Absolutely NO smoking/vaping of ANY kind allowed inside the property (including the front porch. By booking with us you agree with these terms and we have the right to charge fees for breaking these rules or for repair costs for any damage done to the property during your stay. Fee's can be found in polices and rules!
Freight Yard Manor is a red house with an enclosed front porch (white siding). The guest entrance is through the enclosed front porch. Straight ahead is the main entrance into the house (please remove your shoes). There is a smart lock with a key pad on the front door where you can enter your personal code, which is yours for the length of your stay.
The house is located on a main road. Go either way from the house for entertainment, food and night life.
The entire house is yours for the duration of your stay!
