Gorgeous, peaceful retreat but driving distance from Ithaca! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an indulgent getaway. The house was beautiful, spotless and comfortable. Being there in the middle of winter, be prepared for rural, dirt roads. But, we were pleasantly surprised at how well everything was maintained. The hot tub was squeaky clean and so much fun in the falling snow! Don’t pass this one by. You can tell the hosts put their heart and soul into it.

5* across the board. The Kimberly was exactly as described but also more. This was an exceptional experience for our quiet getaway. It was unique considering the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge (winterized for the season as expected). The surroundings were just right to tie in the experience. Be prepared for peace. Brad and Caitlin were responsive and super hosts. The videos on using the sauna and hot tub were well done. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, not just heat things up. The radiant heat in the bathroom floor is a nice added touch. Brad & Caitlin are doing it well, one of our favorite BNB to date. Keep up the great vibe!

A beautiful tiny home in an absolutely stunning location, hosted by the most amazing people. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, and you can feel the love and care they’ve poured into it. ❤️ Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered. A perfect stay!

This cabin was beautiful and perfectly matched the description. Private and peaceful setting but not far from a nice downtown with lots of options for things to do. The cabin was immaculate. We couldnt have been happier with our hosts and the accommodations!

The cold plunge, sauna, and hot tub were fantastic. Unique to find a space offering all three. Brad and Caitlin were swift in addressing any issues that we had.

We loved this rental!! Perfect for celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary!! My husband and I were looking for a quiet getting near some adult adventures!! This was great! It was off the beaten path so it was quiet but close enough to the wineries to have fun during the day! The sauna and hot tub were great and definitely helped us to relax!
